This is cosy space to reconnect, slow down and sense.
You are invited to immerse yourself into your deep layers and find rest in the simplicity of Being, whether it is during movement or stillness.
Starting with somatic practices, which support the natural regulation of the nervous system, and grounding breathwork, Shima will guide you through a gentle embodied yoga sequence, allowing you to drop into the body.
In this calm and cosy setting, there will be an invitation to continue the downregulation of your nervous system and to find rest in more subtle movements and static forms with restorative and yin practices.
An embodied yoga nidra and a sound bath towards the end of the workshop will send you off in a blissful state – well-nourished and relaxed.
The Winter Sanctuary is an embodied selfcare and all senses nourishing immersion for enthusiasts of rest and those who wish to rest but find it challenging.
What to bring: warm clothes, socks, optional eye pillow (if you have one)
