Dimensions of Being: Exploring Space, Self and Connection

Are you ready to connect with yourself in a deeper, more expansive way - through body and mind?

In this workshop, we’ll explore the Dimensions of Being, discovering how movement and awareness can help us feel more at home in ourselves.

Through yoga, free movement, dance, somatic practices, and reflection, we’ll explore how the three dimensions of space- height, width, and depth - are not just physical, but also gateways to a fuller, more embodied life.

By expanding our awareness of how we move - up and down, side to side, forward and back - we awaken new possibilities within. As we tune into our multi-dimensional self, we create space for more freedom, balance, and connection in both movement and life.

As we step into these dimensions, we begin to understand that movement is not just something we do - it’s something we are.

Each shift in space invites us into a deeper conversation with ourselves:

  • Height connects us to our sense of grounding and expansion. How do we rise? How do we root?

  • Width speaks to our presence and openness. How much space do we take up? How much do we allow ourselves to receive?

  • Depth holds the unseen layers of experience - our past, our emotions, our intuitive knowing. How deeply do we feel? How freely do we move forward?

Through this journey of embodiment, we soften rigid patterns, awaken curiosity, and reclaim the full spectrum of who we are. Movement becomes more than exercise - it becomes a way of being, sensing, and becoming.

This workshop is an invitation to move, breathe, and express from a place of authenticity and presence.

Expect to:

  • arrive with meditation & breath

  • connect with your felt sense through somatics

  • embody your authenticity with asana & intuitive free movement

  • devote and find joy in your body through dance

  • reflect and share through journaling & partner work

  • rest with yoga nidra

  • be guided by a powerful music soundscape


What to bring:

  • A journal to reflect on insights that may arise.

  • A second set of shirt in case you get sweaty during the dynamic phases
